I may have said this before…but small businesses such as ours grow a little when we get good feedback for the work we have done.  This is why we regularly talk about the importance of a review.

Mr P works so hard to always ensure that he goes that extra mile to ensure he has happy customers, repeat business is our lifeblood. It is always fantastic when we receive lovely feedback. Word of mouth is brilliant, it helps us so much, but a review in black and white is also great as it helps new customers to make a decision about who to hire. That’s why we attach such importance to a review. They really are the life blood of any business, whatever the size of the company.

What can you do to help?

The next time you buy something from a small business, or employ a tradesman from a ‘one man band’, use a small florist, supplier or have an event from the party planner industry, if they have the facility for you to leave a review, please take the time to leave a line or two about your experience.
